My Halloween... Well, I won't lie. It kinda sucked. My mom and dad went to a masquerade while my nephews went trick-or-treating. I stayed at home and ate some Jalapeano Poppers.(I could LIVE OFF THOSE. omnomnom.)
I guess it wasn't a TOTAL loss, though! When my nephews got home from trick-or-treating, we played a game called "Who Can Give Aunt Lauren the Most Candy?"
...It was enjoyable for ME.
SO. This week is Spirit Week fr school! Yay! However, I FORGOT IT WAS SPIRIT WEEK. So all my costumes were last-minute, and I missed out on Pajama Day.
TODAAAAY was Character Day. Oh, how I loved character day. I didn't get to dress up as who I originally wanted, but I did get to be Batman! Batman with pigtails. No pictures. Even if I had them, I wouldn't show them 'cause I looked RIDICULOUS! I also had to keep taking off my mask in class, so I could put on my glasses and SEE! The costume was cheap, I won't lie. The mask belongs to my nephews(which was from some TOY SET), so it's dirty. So were the gauntlets, not to mention that they broke off the part where stuff shoots out. I wish they hadn't; Think of the fun that could have been had with that!
But other then that, it was FUN. Lots of people thought I was Batgirl, though. I shortly corrected them. Sometimes they didn't listen. Ah well.
During lunch I sat next to Mario. I REALLY wanted to participate in the costume contest, but missed it!(I'm really slow at eating.) It got me kind of down, but as I was walking down the sidewalk to my Fine Art Survey class, some guy dressed as Superman clapped for me as I walked past. It made my day.
On the bus, some kid kept on hitting my mask so it'd mess up.(Like I said, it was cheap and didn't take much.) Which in turn, messed up my hair. I don't find myself very girly, but when I put up my hair(RARELY) I want it to STAY UP, because I'm not adept at putting it up in the first place. To say the least, he ducked.
All in all, it was pretty fun! I haven't been writing much, though; I just don't feel very inspired or anything lately. I'm sure I'll smack something out soon enough, though.
...That was a lot of writing for such little happening. xP
